I have been an Education and Training Professional for over 30 years, and spent 15 years as a primary school teacher, School Governor and Senior Leader before working as an Education Consultant for East Sussex County Council. During this time I provided a wide range of support, became a Lead Moderator and contributed extensively to Initial Teacher Training programmes.
My philosophy
..is based on facing the challenges together, building on existing skills and knowledge to support busy professionals to be the best they can be. Attainment at the end of the Key Stages is important, but so is instilling a life-long love of learning in confident and happy children and young people.
My Aim
My aim is to work with you to achieve your goals for your pupils. If I cannot provide the support you need I will happily refer you, with your permission, to other professionals who might be more of a perfect fit.
